During the launch of HAPAG Katutubo, a project of NCIP to encourage indigenous peoples to plant fruit trees and vegetables in their ancestral domains, NCIP Provincial Officer Julito Garcia expressed the commissionโ€™s appreciation for the support of DAF in the delineation of the Taobuid ancestral domain. The final map that was created through the ground delineation process was signed by the Taobuid fagtainans and the Regional Director of NCIP Mimaropa, Dr. Marie Grace Pascua, CESO III during the event

The launching was done at Station 1 in Mounts Iglit-Baco Natural Park - MIBNP, which is part of the Taobuid ancestral domain, DAF committed to work closely with the field teams of NCIP and share the foundationโ€™s experiences in permaculture for food production and ecosystem restoration.
